Our Mission

Warren Hodges has spent 33 years making insurance make sense for real people. Alongside Warren Bear, he brings insurance knowledge—and a little joy—to everyone he meets. His goal? To help you actually understand your insurance and feel good about it.

That’s why Warren Bear is a key part of the team, adding a beary fun and creative touch to their outreach. From events and content creation to giveaways and collaborations, he’s always there to help build strong connections with the community in a paws-itively engaging way.

Our Team

Alicia

Alicia is from Collierville, TN, and planted roots in East Memphis over 18 years ago. Her background is in Business Management, Respiratory Care, and Pharmaceuticals. Her passions include supporting local shops, restaurants, and community events, with an emphasis on museums and the arts. Allow her decades of life and insurance experience to guide and insure you.

Annette

Annette loves helping customers plan for the future. Alongside her career, she is working toward a degree in Radiologic Technology at Southwest Community College, driven by a passion for healthcare. When she’s not working or studying, Annette enjoys quality time with her family. She also loves spending her free time outdoors, tending to her flock of chickens and embracing the simplicity of life.

Noor

Noor is a finance major at the University of Memphis who speaks both English and Arabic. She has a passion for helping others, whether through problem-solving or simply being a supportive presence. Always eager to learn and grow, she enjoys taking on new challenges and finding ways to make a positive impact. In her free time, she loves traveling, shopping, and exploring new opportunities that broaden her perspective.

Veronica

Veronica is a licensed insurance professional who is passionate about helping customers insure their assets and futures. With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Veronica has the knowledge and expertise to guide her customers through the process for their auto, home, life and health insurance needs by adding value to every household she comes in contact with.

Lucero

Lucero is a passionate graphic designer and marketing director with a talent for bringing creative ideas to life. She’s worked with big names like Walmart and the University of Memphis to craft fresh designs. With a BFA in Design from Memphis College of Art, she excels in custom branding and social media marketing. Lucero combines creativity, problem-solving, and a touch of fun in every digital or print project!
